Cerritos Sheriff’s Station Haunted Car Show returns just in time for Halloween, mixing classic cars with a full day of seasonal fun that goes well beyond the show field. It starts as a car show, but by the afternoon, it turns into the kind of family event where you can easily spend the whole day.
The lineup will feature plenty of vintage iron, classics, hot rods, customs, trucks, and other crowd favorites, but the cars are only part of the experience. Awards cover everything from Best Paint and Best Interior to a few categories that don’t take themselves too seriously, adding some personality to the day. Music, food, vendors, and plenty of Halloween-themed activities keep the grounds lively long after you’ve made your first walk through the lineup.
Hosted by the Cerritos Sheriff’s Station, the event also serves a bigger purpose. Proceeds benefit 999 for Kids, Special Olympics, and the Cerritos Station Fund, supporting programs that give back to the local community throughout the year. Families can also check out the Haunted Jail, a kid-friendly scare-free zone, and an inflatable obstacle course, making it easy for everyone to find something they’ll enjoy regardless of age.
