What if I don’t receive my ticket or confirmation?
Please allow 24 hours to receive your ticket, if any problems please email us at info@carshowcalendars.com with your name, show you purchased tickets for an event date.
How many cars can I add to my garage?
You can add as many cars as you want as well as pictures of your ride in your garage
What is my email address used for?
We only use your email for ticketing information and occasionally send you new show details within your selected area. Carshowcalendars.com DOES NOT sell your info to any 3rd parties.
Do I need my ticket to get into the show?
Yes, please bring your ticket so the QR code can be scanned in for admission. If you forget your ticket the promoter will have a list of attendees but for ease of check-in please bring your ticket.
Why do I need a PayPal account?
PayPal is our preferred payment method and will disburse the funds into your account upon each sale. When a sale goes thru it is redirected to your account minus any carshowcalendar.com fees and PayPal fees which are some of the lowest in the industry.
How does the QR code work?
QR Codes sent with each ticket for ease of entry at your event. For promoters, a backup hard copy excel list is sent to you before your event and a free QR code reader will be sent to you to download and use at your event from both Android and Apple store to use for check-in.
Can I post more than 1 show?
Absolutely, post as many shows as you would like.
What happens after I post my car show?
After your event is submitted it will be reviewed and you will receive a proof for your approval before your event goes live. After your event is posted live on carshowcalendars.com you will receive a link to your event to be used in your marketing and a representative will be in touch to make sure you’re satisfied with everything you need. We will send you reports for all your sales and attendees at whatever frequency you would like. Daily, weekly or at any other time you need your reports to view. Once your ticket sales close you will receive an excel file report of all your attendee information along with the QR code scanner and instructions on how to use it and all your final sales reports and funds disbursements.
How do I feature my event on carshowcalendars.com?
Have your attendees or anyone else use the hashtag #carshowcalendars and all Instagram posts will be featured live on our website as well as our social media.
I can‘t find a show I’m looking for.
Try filtering your search by date, location or name in the “narrow your results” section next to the calendar.
The show may not be listed on carshowcalendars.com, please email us at info@carshowcalendars.com to suggest a show you would like to see listed.
Do I have to answer all the questions when buying a ticket?
It depends on the needs of each event Promoter. If it’s required for them then you will not be able to purchase a ticket until all fields are filled out. If it’s not required you can purchase a ticket without providing all the info requested.
What other info will I receive?
Any other materials/info needed for the show will be mailed to you prior to the event direct from the car show Promoter from the event you signed up for or will be available upon check-in depending on the Promoters policy. Please contact the car show promoter direct for any details about the show you have questions about.
What fees will I get charged?
PayPal has low, set fees for each transaction (click here for PayPal fees) (link to PayPal https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-fees)
CarShowCalendars.com currently charges $0.00 per transaction which is subject to change in the future for paid ticket sales. Free events are always free to post.
The balance is then automatically and instantly transferred into your PayPal account.
Far less than competitors fees for online ticket sales!!
What if my event is a free or recurring show?
If your event is free and/or a recurring event please submit the same form add $0.00 for ticket price and tickets will not be listed for sale and CarShowCalendars.com will list your event for free.
What if I need to add something to my event that’s not in the post-event section?
Just email us, we’re here to help!
How do I edit an event already listed?
Email us, and we’ll take care of any edits you may have and send you a proof for confirmation before your edits go live.
